In the case of a booking entitling to a discount, we always apply the rate calculation that is more favorable for the guest.
MINIMUM STAY
The house can be booked for a minimum of 2 nights. A one-night stay is only allowed if there is a single night available between two bookings. The house provides comfortable accommodation for 2 adults and one child.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
The accommodation can be occupied from 3 pm on the day of arrival (in the summer period – from June 1 to August 31 – from 5 pm) and please hand over by 11 am on the day of departure (in the summer period until 2 pm). If availability allows, we are happy to offer flexibility with these times.

The prices include exclusive use of the entire house, all services, unlimited access to the private sauna and jacuzzi year-round, the final cleaning fee, and the tourist tax (IFA).

DEPOSIT / PAYMENT OF ACCOMMODATION FEE
To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total accommodation fee must be paid within 2 days of booking, either via instant online payment (credit card or SZÉP card) or bank transfer to the account number provided in the confirmation email. We can only hold a reservation for 48 hours; during this period, the booking will appear as “pending” in the booking calendar. If the payment does not arrive within 48 hours, the reservation will be automatically cancelled. The remaining balance of the accommodation fee, along with the cost of any optional services, must be paid no later than 15 days before arrival, via instant online payment or bank transfer. If the booking is made less than 14 days before arrival, the full amount must be transferred within 24 hours. Please note that the house is advertised on platforms beyond our website as well, so in rare cases, the same dates may be booked simultaneously by more than one party. In such instances, the first confirmed booking takes priority.
DISCOUNTS
We offer a 5% discount on the total accommodation fee if the full amount is paid in advance. For longer weekday stays of at least 4 nights, we provide a 10% discount. Seasonal and other coupon-based discounts are regularly updated on our website and social media channels. In cases where multiple discounts may apply, we always use the most favorable rate for the guest.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Guests may cancel their booking free of charge by sending a written cancellation notice to info@villapince.hu no later than 14 days prior to arrival. The paid amount will be refunded within 10 days to the bank account provided by the guest. No refund will be issued if the booking is not cancelled in advance via email. Within 14 days before arrival, bookings cannot be modified, and in case of cancellation, the full booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee (100%). For bookings paid in full in advance, cancellations are not permitted. For special periods and bookings longer than 7 nights, the free cancellation deadline is extended to 30 days prior to arrival.
MODIFICATIONS
The booking date may be changed once—subject to availability—no later than 14 days before arrival. The new booking will be priced according to the rates valid at the time of the change. The deposit already paid will be credited toward the new reservation. The rescheduled stay must be used within 3 months of the modification request. All modification requests or changes must be submitted in writing via email to info@villapince.hu. If the request for modification is received within 14 days of arrival, the deposit already paid can only be credited toward a new booking (within 3 months) if the original dates are successfully rebooked. If the cancelled dates cannot be rebooked, the deposit will be retained by the accommodation provider without rendering any service.
WELCOME PACKAGE
Upon request, we are happy to surprise our guests with a fully stocked fridge on the day of arrival. The package includes seasonal products for two people, such as salami, ham, cheeses, eggs, milk, butter, seasonal vegetables, jam, sweet and savory pastries, and fruit juice. To ensure availability, the package must be ordered at least 72 hours before arrival. The price of the welcome package is 13,000 HUF.
